GENERAL

  • Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Front Desk Team in advance so that we may try to accommodate your request.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please contact the Front Desk to arrange early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

  • Guests can travel to the island by ferry, boat, airplane, or seaplane. For more information, visit our Getting Here website page.

  • As you disembark the ferry, stay left onto Orcas Rd. for approximately 8.5 miles toward the town of Eastsound. Take a right onto Main St. when you approach Eastsound Beach and the town of Eastsound. Outlook Inn will be on your left.

  • We have free, on-site parking for all guests.

  • Absolutely, the front desk will hold them for you until you’re ready.

POLICIES

  • East Wing and Bay View Rooms Cancelation Policy – Year Round

    Reservations must be canceled by 3:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations canceled after 3:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged in full plus tax, and your reservation will be canceled.

    Water’s Edge Cancelation Policy – June – September

    Reservations must be canceled by 3:00 p.m. twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations canceled after 3:00 p.m. twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged in full plus tax, and your reservation will be canceled.

    Water’s Edge Cancelation Policy – October – May

    Reservations must be canceled by 3:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations canceled after 3:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged in full plus tax, and your reservation will be canceled.

  • Dogs are welcome at Outlook Inn for a non-refundable fee of $50 per night, limit two dogs per reservation. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.

  • Outlook Inn and New Leaf Café are non-smoking facilities. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

RESERVATIONS

  • A 10.4% tax will be applied to your stay (8.4% sales tax plus 2% lodging tax).

  • At check-in your card will be authorized for the amount of your first nights room and applicable tax.

  • Guests must be 18 years of age, or older to check-in.

AMENITIES

  • While we do not currently offer room service, we do have an on-site café, New Leaf Café open for Brunch Thursday-Monday 8 AM – 1 PM and for Evening Service Thursday-Monday 4 – 9 PM.

  • Guests may utilize our private Office Workspace, located on the second floor of our Main Building, from 8am - 8pm daily. The space features a desk and chair with waterfront views, a small additional seating area, and access to WiFi and printing.

  • While we do not have a designated business center, we are happy to print documents for you at the front desk.
